We would particularly like to hear from any applicant who would like to form part of our flexible bank of tutors who may be seeking short term part time/term time/holiday only opportunities in addition to permanent positions.  We would be especially interested in hearing from Tutors with vocational experience in Horticulture, Motor Vehicle, Care, Childcare, Customer Service, ICT, Beauty, Maths and English and employability skills. 
Our work currently covers Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Norfolk.

IT Coordinator - Circa £25,000

Full Time

Develop specialise in the brokerage, delivery and management of programmes to support learners of all ages and abilities.  We are currently recruiting an IT Coordinator to support the Company acting as a single point of contact to respond to IT related queries and play a key role in our IT development including website management.

Based in Ampthill and working across 3 sites in Bedfordshire with occasional travel to Norwich, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record of IT application who is able to adapt and fully maximise the use of systems assisting a company to run effectively.  

You will have a relevant support background/experience including application of software and management of IT infrastructure together with working knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Windows 7 Pro and some basic knowledge of MS Server 2008/12.

We also welcome applications from graduates looking to develop their career within the IT support field.

Tutor: £25,000 Pro Rata, Full Time/ Part Time

Learning Support Assistant: £14,000 - £16,000 Pro Rata, Full Time/ Part Time

Position will include working from our centres in Dunstable and Bedford with the potential of Hertfordshire therefore may require some travel.

Business Engagement Adviser - Circa £25,000

Full Time

Develop specialise in the brokerage, delivery and management of programmes to support learners of all ages abilities and as part of our expansion we recruiting an additional Business Engagement Advisor to enable us to respond  to new business opportunities.  

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of employer/learner engagement who is able to encompass and maximise opportunity for growth.   The role will include sourcing new employers and identifying scope for joint working.   You will have a strong business background including excellent customer service skills.

Based in Ampthill and working across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and on occasion Norwich the role is diverse in terms of client groups and their employer engagement requirements.

English tutor required - Circa £25,000

Term time + 3 (Full or Part Time)

We are on a journey to being outstanding. We need motivated and professional individuals who are dynamic, inspirational, and innovative to join us on that journey. If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to utilise your skills and knowledge whilst developing your own career, this opportunity will be rewarding and fulfilling. In this role you will teach GCSE English, to enable our learners to fulfil their career aspirations and empower them to embark on working life. Our learner group are aged between 16 to19 and some will be studying GCSE English alongside their main leaning aim.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the qualities to deliver innovative and creative teaching for GCSE (and related English qualifications) to a variety of learning levels. In addition to teaching English, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to widen your teaching experience through developing our new communication and employability modules.

A degree in an English related subject is essential, as is a teaching qualification and experience of the GCSE English curriculum. If you have exceptional communication skills and the ability to prioritise, this may be the right role for you. You will be a self-starter, who can quickly develop a good rapport with a variety of people.  In exchange for your skills and input we can offer a friendly, productive learning environment with learners keen to progress.

For the right candidate we will be offering remuneration of circa £25,000 on a Pro-Rata basis.
